Tebessa (arabieraz: البرج; amazigeraz: Tibesti) Aljeriako hiria da, izen bereko probintziako hiriburua dena. Oso hiri zaharra da, arkeologia-monumentu asko dituena. Greziarren garaian Theveste (Θεβέστη) edo Hekatompyle (Ἑκατομπύλη) zuen izena eta erromatarrean Theveste.
