Tihama[1] (arabieraz: تهامة, Tihāmah) Arabiar penintsulako mendebaldean dagoen eskualdea da. Aqabako golkoa eta Bab el-Mandeb artean dagoen kostaldeko ordokia da.
Eskualdea bi zatitan banaturik dago: Tihama Al-Hejaz (iparraldeko aldea) eta Tihama ʿAsir (hegoaldeko aldea).[2] Yemengo aldea (Tihama Al-Yaman) Tihamat ʿAsirren hedapena da.[3] Hijazko aldean Yanbu, Jidda eta Al Qunfudhah hiriak eta Asirreko aldean Jizan eta Al-Hudaida hiriak daude.
