Tus (persieraz توس edo طوس), antzinako denboretan Susia (antzinako grezieraz: Σούσια), Irango Razavi Khorasan probintzian, Mashhadetik 25 km ipar-mendebaldera, dagoen antzinako hiria da.[1]
Persiar testu mitologiko batzuek diotenez, hiria Iamshid, Xahname liburuan jasota dagoenez laugarren errege handiak sortu zuen eta, suntsitua izan ondoren, Tus heroia, Nowzarren semea eta Manuchehrren biloba, izan zen berreraiki zuena. Heroi honengandik hartzen du bere izena[2].
Zetaren Bideko hiri garrantzitsua izan zen, Mashhadek ordezkatu zuen arte. K.a. 330ean Alexandro Handiak konkistatu zuen.[1]
