Sejarah
UTC+08:30 pernah digunakan sebagai Waktu Standar di Korea Selatan pada tahun 1954 hingga 1961[1] dan pernah digunakan sebagai zona waktu Korea Utara pada 2015[2] hingga 2018.[3] Waktu ini juga pernah digunakan untuk Zona Waktu Changpai di timur laut Tiongkok pada tahun 1918 hingga 1949.
