Historia
1991eko bat egitea
1991eko martxoaren 18ko bat egitean ondoko aurrezki kutxak batu ziren:
- Monte de Piedad y Caja de Ahorros de Ronda (1909).
- Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Cádiz (1884).
- Monte de Piedad y Caja de Ahorros de Almería (1900).
- Caja de Ahorros Provincial de Málaga (1949).
- Caja de Ahorros y Préstamos de Antequera (1904).
2010eko Caja Jaén-en erosketa
2010eko urtarrilaren 1ean Caja Provincial de Ahorros de Jaen erosi zuen. 2011ko martxoan aurrezki kutxa malagarrak Caja Espiga (Gaztela-Leongo aurrezki kutxa nagusien elkartzearen ondorioz sortua), erosteko negoziazioak hasi zituen, Espainiako Bankuak hala gomendatuta. Elkartze honek Caja Espigak dituen kapital arazoak konpondu nahi ditu, horretarako egoera hobean dagoen aurrezki kutxa batekin batzera behartuz.
