Villa Cuba Gordexolako Molinar auzoko Sansamendi kalearen bigarren zenbakian dagoen etxalekua da. 1885. urtean eraikitako egoitza izan arren, etxearen itxura XX. mendearen hasieran jabe berriaren aginduz Jose Maria Basterra arkitektoak egindako eraberritzearen ondorio da. Eraikinak arkitektura pizkundetarraren eragina dauka. Horrez gain, estilo barrokoaren ezaugarri batzuk biltzen ditu.
Kuba etxeak bost solairu dauzka, karratu itxurako oinarria, eta aurrealdean ataripea dauka. Zutabe toskanarrak eta aurrealdean apaingarri desberdinak daude. Etxalekuaren inguruan lorategia dago.
