Walter Roger Martos Ruiz (Cajamarca, 1957ko otsailaren 11 – Lima, 2025eko urtarrilaren 7a) perutar militar eta politikaria izan zen. Peruko lehen ministroa izan zen 2020an.
1978an Chorrillos Akademia Militarrean graduatu zen eta ingeniaritzan espezializatu zen. Peruko Estatu Nagusiko burua izan zen.
Defentsa ministroa izan zen 2019tik 2020ra, eta lehen ministroa 2020ko abuztutik azarora, Martín Vizcarra presidenteak izendatuta.
