Maldivas, ofisialmente la Repuvlika de Maldivas (en maldivo: ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޖުމުހޫރިއްޔާ, Dhivehi Raajje Jumhooriyyaa) es un archipielajo i payis en el Oseano Indiko. Esta formado por unas 1200 isolas.[1]
