Milpa Alta es una delegasion del Estado de Sivdad de Meksiko. Tiene una povlasion de avitantes.
Jeografia
Milpa Alta se topa al sudeste dela Sivdad de Meksiko, konta kon una superfisie de 122.886 km² de territorio. La kavesera delegasionala es Milpa Alta i topa al norte kon el belediye de Xochimilco i Tláhuac, al sud kon el estado de Morelos, al este kon el Estado de Meksiko i al oeste ay topa kon el belediye de Tlalpan.[1]
