വിക്കിപീഡിയരിൽ ഒരാളായി ഇവിടെ തിരുത്തലുകൾ നടത്തുന്നത് താങ്കൾ ആസ്വദിക്കുമെന്ന് ഞാൻ കരുതുന്നു. താങ്കളെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ‍ ഉപയോക്താവിനുള്ള താളിൽ നൽകാവുന്നതാണ്‌. സംവാദ താളുകളിൽ ഒപ്പ് വെക്കുവാനായി നാല് "ടിൽഡ" (~~~~) ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയോ, ടൂൾബാറിലെ ബട്ടൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുക. സ്വന്തം പേരും തീയതിയും സമയവും താനേ വന്നുകൊള്ളും. എന്നാൽ ലേഖനങ്ങളിൽ അപ്രകാരം ഒപ്പുവെക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക. മറ്റ് ഉപയോക്താക്കളോട് സം‌വദിക്കാൻ അവരുടെ സം‌വാദത്താളിൽ താങ്കളുടെ സന്ദേശം എഴുതാവുന്നതാണ്. വിക്കിപീഡിയയിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും സഹായം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ എന്റെ സംവാദ താളിൽ ഒരു കുറിപ്പ് ഇടൂ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ താങ്കളുടെ സംവാദ താളിൽ {{helpme}} എന്ന് ചേർക്കൂ, ആരെങ്കിലും ഉടനെ തന്നെ താങ്കളെ സഹായിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കും. ഒരു നല്ല വിക്കിപീഡിയ അനുഭവം ആശംസിക്കുന്നു.

Geographical Indications in India Edit-a-thon 2016 has started, here are a few updates:

1. More than 80 Wikipedians have joined this edit-a-thon
2. More than 35 articles have been created/expanded already (this may not be the exact number, see "Ideas" section #1 below)
3. Infobox geographical indication has been started on English Wikipedia. You may help to create a similar template for on your Wikipedia.

Become GI edit-a-thon language ambassador

If you are an experienced editor, become an ambassador. Ambassadors are community representatives and they will review articles created/expanded during this edit-a-thon, and perform a few other administrative tasks.

We understand that perhaps 7 days (i.e. 25 January to 31 January) were not sufficient to write on a topic like this, and/or you may need some more time to create/improve articles, so let's extend this event for a few more days. The edit-a-thon will continue till 10 February 2016 and that means you have got 7 more days to create or expand articles (or imprpove the articles you have already created or expanded).
