Animotion
Animotion es un grop de new wave synthpop anglofòn originari de Los Angeles, en Califòrnia (Estats Units). Son coneguts per lors títols I Engineer (1986) e Obsession (1985).
Animotion es a l'origina compausat de cinc sòcis, la cantaira Astrid Plana, lo clavierista Paul Antonelli, lo bassista Charles Ottavio, lo bateire David « Frenchy » O'Brien, e lo cantaire e guitarrista Bill Wadhams, rejonches pauc après la formacion originala pel guitarrista Don Kirkpatrick. Lor single Obsession (escrich per Holly Knigh) enregistrat en 1984 obten una gròssa capitada en 1985 e lança lor carrièra.
Après la partença d'Antonelli (lo clavierista) e O'Brien (lo bateire), lo clavierista Greg Smith, qu'a jogat dins lor primièr album, e lo bateire Jim Blair venon sòcis oficials del grop abans l'enregistrament de l'album Strange Behavior (1986), album conten lor segond tube I Engineer.
