Arties (en occitan: /aɾˈti.es/) es un pòble e un ancian municipi d'Aran, dens eth terçon d'Arties e Garòs e eth municipi actuau de Naut Aran. Eth 2020 tenia 492 abitants.
Istòria
Arties es la capitala deth terçon deth medish nom, uei renommat d’Arties e Garòs. Ath s. XVII i auèue ua fortaleça au dessús dera vila.[1] Eth 1846, annèxe Garòs.[2] Eth municip devien Arties e Garòs, puish torne ath nom d’Arties. Eth 1968, eth regim franquista fusiona Arties damb es autes municipis de la vath sobirana, dens lo municipi de Naut Aran.[3]
