Blancada
La blancada o l'aubièra (var. albièra) o la barbasta [1] es un depaus de glaç venent de la vapor d'aiga contenguda dins l'aire per passatge dirècte de la fasa gasosa a la fasa solida, lo pus sovent per raionament nocturne, au ponch de gelada. Es possible, mai rar, que la blancada siá obtenguda per adveccion o evaporacion. Se presenta generalament sota un aspècte cristallin, prenent la forma d'agulhas, de plumas o d'escaumas.
