La Carta 08 (Língbā Xiànzhāng) es un manifèst signat a la fin de 2008 per mai de 350 intellectuals e promotors dels dreches de l'òme chinés per promòure las refòrmas politicas en Republica Populara de China.
Un dels autors de la carta, Liu Xiaobo, a recebut en 2010 lo Prèmi Nobel de la Patz.
