Compans-Caffarelli
Compans-Caffarelli es un quartièr de la vila de Tolosa, Occitània. Foguèt bastit dins lo centre de Tolosa entre lo baloard de Las Croses e lo baloard de la Marqueta al ras del Canal de las Doas Mars sus las ancianas casèrnas militaras del meteis nom. La construccion comencèt dins los ans 1980, per se perlongar fins a uèi en desbordar de l'autre costat dels baloards al sud e al nòrd del quartièr.
Es un quartièr d'afars amb vocacion regionala, que concentra mai de 200 000 m² de burèus, d'ostalariás, de lotjaments. Es desseparat en dos per lo Jardin Public de Compans-Caffarelli contenent un jardin japonés.
