Cremsa ['krɛmʂɒ] (en francés Crempse) es una ribiera occitana de Perigòrd (region d'Aquitània).
Geografia
La font de Cremsa se tròba dins la comuna de Beuregard e Bassac (Dordonha). Son cors es de 26 km. Se junh a la riba mança d'Eila prep de Moissídan.
