David Hallyday
David Hallyday, de son nom vertadièr David Smet, nascut lo 14 d'agost de 1966 a Boulogne e Billancourt (França), es conegut coma musician e cantaire francés, e tanben coma compositor. Es tanben pilòt automobil.
David Hallyday es lo filh del famós cantaire francés Johnny Hallyday (de son nom vertadièr Jean-Philippe Smet). Es d'origina bulgara per sa maire, la celèbra cantaira francesa Sylvie Vartan.
Abans de tornar viure en França en 1998 e de cantar en francés, David Hallyday a conegut una plan gròssa capitada populara en França e dins una mendre mesura als Estats Units ont demorava en aquel temps (a Los Angeles) en cantant en anglés entre 1987 e 1998 (títols He's my girl, n°8 en França en febrièr de 1988, High, n°1 en genièr de 1989 etc).
Son primièr simple en francés es benlèu Héros, títol en omenatge a son paire (Johnny Hallyday) publicat en 1993 e cantat ambe lo grop Blind Fish. Pr'amor que se la majoritat de sos títols son cantats de segur jos lo nom de David Hallyday, canta de còps tanben en grop, doncas coma Blind Fish en 1993, mas tanben Novacaine en 1997, o encara Mission Control en 2015.
Sa cançon en francés Tu ne m'as pas laissé le temps, lo primièr simple publicat après son retorn dels Estats Units, foguèt numèro 1 en França pendent l'estiu de 1999.
En 2010, enregistra On se fait peur, un duò ambe sa mièg-sòrre Laura Smet.
