Edward Maya, de son nom vertadièr Eduard Marian Ilie, nascut lo 29 de junh de 1986 a Bucarèst (Romania), es un cantaire, discjòquei e productor romanés, compositor de musica electronica eurodance. S'es fach conéisser al nivèl internacional fin 2009 gràcias a sa composicion Stereo Love ambe la cantaira anglofòna Vika Jigulina.
Abans Stereo Love, aviá ja compausat en 2005 a l'edat de 19 ans solament lo tròç Stop ambe Edward Carcota per L'Eurovision, concors qu'avián acabat en quatrena plaça per aquesta cançon.
Lo segond single d'Edward Maya, This Is My Life, tanben cantat en anglés per Vika Jigulina, foguèt el tanben una gròssa capitada, quitament n°2 en França en 2010.[1]
