Estat de dreit
L'Estat de dreit es un concepte juridic, filosofic e politic que supausa la somission daus governats e daus governants al dreit. Sos elements claus son la preeminéncia del dreit sobre lo poder politic, l'egalitat juridica de chasque ciutadan, la separacion daus poders, l'endependença de la justícia e lo respeit daus dreits fondamentaus de l'individú. Aquela nocion es afortida dins la constitucion de mai d'un estat moderne.
