Felip Chauvier
Felip Chauvier (Barjamon, 17 de febrièr de 1833 – Barjamon, 14 de febrièr de 1903) foguèt un escrivan occitan de Provença.
Biografia
Felip Chauvier nasquèt a Barjamon en 1833 dins una familha ben modèsta que son paire èra faure. Perdèt sa maire quand aviá pas que 3 ans e coma lo paire èra paure anèt pas gaire a l'escòla. Pasmens i anèt pron per aprendre a comptar, legir e escriure. Trabalhèt amb son paire ben jove e venguèt tachaire, valent a dire fabricava de claus gròs (lei tachas). En novembre de 1862 se maridèt amb una corduriera. Coma son trabalh començava a patir de la concurréncia de las maquinas obriguèt una especiariá e sa femna un talhièr de corduriera. Aguèt mens de pression economica e ansin a l'encòp mai de temps per s'avodar a l'escritura. En 1866 venguèt secretari de la comuna de Barjamon. Collaborèt a divèrsas revistas provençalas coma Lo Rabalhaire o Lo Caçaire.
