Lo fluvi Roge es un fluvi asiatic del penjal del Mar de China Meridionala que travèrsa del NO cap al SE lo territòri de Yunnan, província del sud de China, e lo Tonquin, nòrd del Vietnam. Lo fluvi Roge a una longor totala de 1.149 km e un bacin de 170.977 km². Nais dins las montanhas de Yunnan e son cors en territòri chinés passa dins de gorjas prigondas. Quand arriba al Vietnam (los darrièrs 510 km) ven un fluvi de plana que forma un delta fòrça grand a sa desbocadura dins lo golf de Tonquin. Son cors es fòrça fluctuant segon los ritmes de las monson e provòca d'aigadas periodicas. Entre las populacions vietnanas de la broas i a la capitala, Hanòi, e Hai Phong, tresena vila del país. Sos afluents principals son lo fuvi Negre (Sông Da) e lo Lo (Sông Lo).
