Front (anatomia)
Dins anatomia animala, lo front es una partida del cap que se situa entre los uèlhs e lo començament de la vòlta del crani. La definicion del front se pòt utilizar per totes lo mamifèrs, e mai per qualques autres vertebrats. Lo front pren la forma ososa del crani e es recobèrt de pèl e, per qualques animals, de pel.
Front uman
Lo front uman cobèrt de pèl e, jos la partida inferiora, i a doass franges de pel nomenadas cilhas. Es irrigat per d'artèrias supraorbitala e supratocleara; e lo seu sang ven de las venas supraorbitala e frontal.
I a un gran nombre de muscules dins lo front uman que permeton mòure la pèl, permetent atal l'expression corporala e faciala.
