Gotye
Wouter De Backer, mai conegut coma Gotye (prononciat [ɡo.tje]), nascut lo 21 de mai de 1980 a Brujas (Flandra bèlga), es un cantaire pop anglofòn, tanben musician, autor e compositor.
Wouter De Backer es nascut en Belgica, mas sa familha a emigrat cap a l'Austràlia mentre qu'aviá pas que dos ans. Gotye es tot simplament la fòrma fonetica de Gautier, la traduccion francesa de son prenom neerlandés Wouter.
Lo 5 d'agost de 2011 publica un single tirat de son album Making Mirrors, Somebody That I Used to Know, en duò amb la cantaira neozelandesa Kimbra. Aquel títol vendrà un tube colossal dins lo mond entièr en 2012 e impausarà Gotye coma l'un dels cantaires los mai populars de sa generacion.
Somebody That I Used to Know es fach a partir d'un escapolon de Seville, un tròç de 1967 de l'artista brasilian Luiz Bonfá.[1]
