Henry Fielding
Henry Fielding (22 d'abriu de 1707, Sharpham Park - 8 d'octòbre de 1754, Lisbona) es un escrivan anglés de la premiera mitat dau sègle XVIII. Foguèt l'autor de comèdias, de farsejadas e de parodias dirigidas còntra lei mors de sei contemporanèus. Pasmens, en 1736, après un escandòl suscitat per seis Annaus istorics, deguèt abandonar lo teatre sota la pression deis autoritats. S'orientèt alora vèrs lo jornalisme e venguèt romancier (Leis Aventuras de Joseph Andrews en 1742, Tom Jones, enfant trobat en 1749).
