L'idaca es una lenga ioroboïda parlada en Benin.
Localisacion
L'idaca es parlat dins los districts rurals de Dassa e Glazoué dins la província de Zou[1].
Classificacion
L'idaca fa partida d'un continuum dialèctal, l'ede, qu'acampa de parlars de la familha ioroboïda. Aquels dialèctes ede, que son presents en Benin e en Tògo, son, fòra de l'idaca, lo cabe, l'ica, l'ije, lo nago, lo kura nago, lo manigri, l'ife. Per Blench, l'ede es pas qu'un grop de dialèctes del ioroba[2]. Lo tèrme ede es en mai lo mot ioroba per « lenga ».
