Luhansk (en ucraïnian: Луганськ, en rus: Луга́нск) es una vila d'Ucraïna e la capitala administrativa de l'óblast de Luhansk. Li disian tanben Vorochilovgrad entre 1935 e 1958 puèi de 1970 1990. Sa populacion s'enauçava a 399,559 abitants en 2021.
A l'encòp russofòna e ucraïnofòna, la vila es revendicada coma capitala pels partidaris de la Republica populara de Luhansk, entitat territoriala autoproclamada après lo referendum del 11 de mai 2014 e pas reconeguda internacionalament levat per Russia.
Geografia
Luhansk es situada en Donbàs, près de la frontièra russa, dins la part orientala d'Ucraïna. Se trapa a 669 km 900 km pel camin de fèrre e 860 km per la rota al sud-èst de Kyiv.
