Lèga
La lèga es una unitat de mesura de longor antiga d'origina celtica. Èra utilizada pels romans al sud de Gàllia. Lo mot ven del latin "leuga".
La lèga romana valiá 3 milas, siá 4,435 km. Se retroba indirèctament dins la toponimia : aital Sestàs (Sexta) èra a sièis lègas de Bordèu, e Quartalèga a quatre lègas de Blaia.
La sola lèga oficiala a la debuta del sègle XXI es la del sistèma de mesura anglosaxon. Val 4,828032 quilomètres.
