Èra una còpia dau Renault FT francés emb quauqui adaptacions destinadi a permetre sa produccion per l'industria estatsunidenca. Totun, lu fabricants americans non foguèron capables de començar la sieua produccion a temps e lo còrs expedicionari estatsunidenc foguèt equipat de materials francés. 950 exemplaris foguèron fabricats après la guèrra. Foguèron emplegats per l'armada estatsunidenca per dispersar de manifestacions durant l'entre doi guèrras e retirats durant lu ans 1930.
