Molucas
Las illas Molucas son un archipèla d'Indonesia, que fa partida de l'archipèla malai. Son situadas sus la placa australiana, e s'espandisson a l'èst de Sulawesi (Celebes), a l'oèst de Nòva Guinèa, e al nòrd de Timor. Las illas foguèron tanben sonadas "illas de las espècias" pels chineses e europèus, mas lo tèrme foguèt tanben balhat a d'autras illas.
Fòrça de las illas son montanhosas, amb qualques volcans actius, e an un clima umid. La vegetacion de las illas pichonas e estrechas, enrodadas per la mar, es druda e inclutz de selvas pluvialas; s'i tròban sago, ris, e las famosas espècias notz de muscada, giroflièr entre autras.
