Lo Mont Cameron es un volcan actiu, del tipe estratovolcan, del Cameron près del Golf de Guinèa. Se coneis tanben coma Fako (lo nom d'un de sas cimas mai nautas) o pel nom natiu de Mongo ma Ndemi ("Montanha de Grandor").
Fa partit de la zòna d'activitat volcanica coneguda coma Linha volcanica del Cameron, que compren tanben lo Lac Nyos, ont se debanèt un desastre en 1986. La darrièra erupcion data de 2000.
Descripcion
Lo mont Cameron es un dels volcans africans mai nauts e s'auça fins a la 4.040 m d'altitud. I domina lo basalt. Los cartagineses ne documentèron ja una erupcion al sègle V abC.
