Mosidura
La mosidura (var. eslor, eslorit (m.), flor, floridura, musissura, mosit (m.), samarida) es un tèrme vernacular que designa divèrsei microorganismes filamentós coma de bolets ò de cromistas a l'origina de la descomposicion dei matèrias organicas. Son aparicion e son desvolopament necessitan la preséncia d'espòras de mosiduras, una temperatura apropriada (generalament entre 2 e 40°C), una fònt d'alimentacion (tot teissut organic) e una fònt d'umiditat. Una aeracion marrida es un factor que renfòrça la creissença dei mosiduras.
Una partida importanta dei mosiduras son toxicas ò allergènas e de mesuras son sovent adoptadas per empedir son desvolopament sus la norridura (aeracion, lucha còntra l'umiditat, temperaturas d'estocatge bassas... etc.). Pasmens, certanei son comestiblas e utilizadas dins la fabricacion d'aliments (Penicillium roqueforti dins lo ròcafòrt). D'autrei son utilizadas per sei proprietats medicalas coma lei mosiduras dau genre Penicillium que sintetizan una toxina bactericida.
