Motz Es una municipalitat situada al nòrd de la Savoie en Chautagne, al confluisson del Rhône e de l'Orgulhós. Altitud : 235 m al nivèl del Rhône –530 m al Cap de-luòc-1057 m al Senhal.

Limitada al nòrd per l'Orgulhós, a l'oèst pel Rhône, a l'èst per la montanha del Gròs Foug, al sud per la municipalitat de Serrières, s'estend sus 960 a. Nichée Al pè de la montanha, beneficia d'un micro-climat #que, dempuèi sègles, favorís la cultura de la vinha.

Motz est une commune située au nord de la Savoie en Chautagne, au confluent du Rhône et du Fier. Altitude : 235 m au niveau du Rhône –530 m au Chef-lieu-1057 m au Signal.

Limitée au nord par le Fier, à l’ouest par le Rhône, à l’est par la montagne du Gros Foug, au sud par la commune de Serrières, elle s’étend sur 960 ha. Nichée au pied de la montagne, elle bénéficie d’un micro-climat qui, depuis des siècles, favorise la culture de la vigne.
