Ouzo
L'ouzo (en grèc: ούζο) es une bevenda grèga facha d'alcòl mesclat amb d'aromats variats, principalament d'anís. Despuei 1989, la reglamentacion europenca impausa sa fabricacion en Grècia per obténer lo drech de se nomenar Ouzo.
Son taus d'alcòl va en generau de 38 a 50°, de còps encara mai. Incolor, l'ouzo ven blanc quora se mescla d'aiga, en rason de la microemulsion de l'anetòl.
Etimologia
L'etimologia dau mot ouzo es pas segura. Vendriá de l'expression italiana « Uso Massalia », a l'usatge de Marselha, qu'èra escricha sus lei caissas de transpòrts dei botelhas per Euròpa[1] ò dau turc üzüm, rasim.[1]
