Remolada
La remolada (en francés rémoulade) es una salsa facha amb de maionesa a la quala s'ajosta mostarda e escaluènhas talhadas, tapenas e cornissons trissats, e èrbas aromaticas frescas (cibola, estragon, cerfuèlh, pimprenèla).
Inventada, sembla, en Occitània,[1][2] en França se manja l'api en remolada ( céleri à la rémoulade ), es plan populara tanben en Danemarc e en Loïsiana ont se li apond lo pebròt de Cayenne per la condimentar.
