Renfe Operadora
Renfe Operadora (sorgida de l'anciana Red Nacionala de los Ferrocarriles Españoles) es una entrepresa dependenta del Ministèri de Foment d'Espanha consacrada al transpòrt de passatgièrs e merças per via ferroviària.
A l'ora d'ara, mas, a causa de las directivas europèas qu'indican la liberalizacion del mercat del camin de fèrre, RENFE es passat a l'istòria e s'es dividit en dos organismes:
- ADIF, organisme estatal gestor de las infrastructuras (vias e estacions), e
- Renfe Operadora, encargada de l'espleitacion del transpòrt.
En Espanha serà ADIF que metrà las nòrmas del mercat en exercint d'institucion reguladora, e serà la concessionària dels servicis als operators (Renfe Operator entre d'autres) dins un mercat teoric de liura concurréncia sus l'infrastructura ferroviària espanhòla.
