Fondat en 1989 a Francfòrt de Men (Alemanha), Snap! est estat creat a l'origina pels productors alemands Michael Münzing (àlias Benito Benites) e Luca Anzilotti (àlias John Virgo Garrett III), ancians sòcis de Off.
