The Maxx
The Maxx foguèt un projècte efemèr de house (mai que mai actiu en 1988 e 1989), mai precisament del sosgenre new beat, basat dins lo Nòrd de França a la frontièra bèlga e menat pel gimnasta professional Éric Koloko, un Francés (d'origina cameronesa per son paire) nascut a Lilla en 1950.
The Maxx a sortit dos singles emblematics, Cocaine e Take no time.[1]
De notar que « Take no time » es clarament inspirat del tròç house « Big Fun » de Inner City.
I a de còps confusion entre aquel grop new beat The Maxx, grop del Nòrd de França actiu en 1988-1989, ambe lo projècte tècno dance Maxx, grop alemand fondat en 1993.
