Vanilla Ice, nascut Robert Matthew Van Winkle a Dallas al Tèxas (Estats Units) lo 31 d'octobre de 1967, es un rapaire anglofòn american. Es sustot conegut per son títol Ice Ice Baby publicat en 1990 qu'es estat una gròssa capitada internacionala (un tube de la debuta de l'annada 1991 en Occitània). A n'aquesta periòda (fin 1990 e debut de 1991), Vanilla Ice foguèt pendent qualques meses en coble ambe la celèbra cantaira pop Madonna.
Ice Ice Baby es basat sus un escapolon de la musica de Under Pressure (1981), títol cantat per David Bowie ambe Queen.
