William Buckland
William Buckland (12 de març de 1784 a Axminster, Devonshire - 14 d'agost de 1856), foguèt un naturalista, geològ e paleontològ britanic famós que faguèt la primièra descripcion complèta d'un dinosaure.
Favorable al creacionisme ancian de la Tèrra e a la teoria del Diluvi Universal, èra convençut de la realitat de las teorias de las glaciacions de Louis Agassiz.
