Sa Tràchia, o Tràtzia (in bùlgaru: Тракия/Trakija; in gregu: Θράκη/Thráki; in turcu: Trakya) est una regione de su sud-estu de s'Europa, posta in sa penìsula Balcànica e ispartzida intre Bulgaria, Grèghia e sa parte europea de sa Turchia.

Is tzitades printzipales de sa zona sunt Istanbul (in antis Costantinòpoli, Kallipolis, Edirne (in antis Adrianòpolis), e Tekiradag, totus agatante·si in Turchia. In sa zona grega s'iscerant is tzentros majores de Komotini, Xanthi e Alexandròpolis.
Sa regione de sa Tràchia est essentzialmente agrìcola e bi si produent tabacu, arrosu, trigu, cotone, seda, ògiu de olia e frutas.
