Najbolj znana je po svojem internetnem liku Miranda Sings, ki ga objavlja na YouTubu, nastopa na turnejah s komedijo v eni osebi in ustvarja Netflixovo izvirno televizijsko oddajo na podlagi lika z naslovom Haters Back Off.
