Neiba (tudi Neyba) je glavno mesto province Baoruco v jugozahodni Dominikanski republiki. Nahaja se 180 km zahodno od prestolnice države Santo Domingo, tik ob jezeru Enriquillo, največjem jezeru Karibskega otočja.
