ภูมิลักษณ์ของซีแลนเดียอยู่ในเส้นสีชมพู แนวเส้นตรงสันเขาวิ่งไปทางเหนือ-ตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (โคลวิลล์ไปทางทิศตะวันตกถึงเคอร์มาเด็กไปทางทิศตะวันออก กั้นด้วยร่องลึกฮาฟร์กับแอ่งเลา) และส่วนตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ (Resolution Ridge System) ที่อยู่ห่างจากนิวซีแลนด์ไม่ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของซีแลนเดีย หรือแม้แต่ออสเตรเลีย (บนซ้าย), วานูวาตู หรือฟีจี (กลางบน)[1]

ทวีปซีแลนเดีย (อังกฤษ: Zealandia, /ziːˈlændiə/) มีอีกชื่อว่า เตรีอูอามาวอี (มาวรี: Te Riu-a-Māui)[2] หรือ แทสแมนติส (Tasmantis)[3][4] เป็นมวลที่จมอยู่ใต้น้ำของมวลเปลือกโลกภาคพื้นทวีป ซึ่งจมลงหลังแยกออกจากมหาทวีปกอนด์วานาใน 83–79 ล้านปีก่อน[5] โดยได้รับการสันนิษฐานว่าเป็นชิ้นส่วนของทวีป, อนุทวีป และทวีป[6] ชื่อและแนวคิดสำหรับทวีปซีแลนเดียได้รับการเสนอจาก Bruce P. Luyendyk ใน ค.ศ. 1995[7] และภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมแสดงถึงขนาดที่เกือบเท่าออสเตรเลีย[8] งานวิจัยใน ค.ศ. 2021 กล่าวแนะว่าซีแลนเดียมีอายุ 1 พันล้านปี ซึ่งมากกว่าอายุที่นักธรณีวิทยาเคยสันนิษฐานไว้ประมาณสองเท่า[9]

มวลแผ่นดินอาจจมอยู่ใต้น้ำประมาณ 23 ล้านปีมาแล้ว[10][11] ปัจจุบัน พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่ (94%) ยังคงจมอยู่ใต้มหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก[12] นิวซีแลนด์เป็นส่วนซีแลนเดียที่ยังคงอยู่เหนือผิวน้ำมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือนิวแคลิโดเนีย

ด้วยขนาดพื้นที่ทั้งหมดประมาณ 4,900,000 ตารางกิโลเมตร (1,900,000 ตารางไมล์) ทำให้ซีแลนเดียเป็นอนุทวีปขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในโลกที่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่าสองเท่าของอนุทวีปขนาดใหญ่อันดับถัดไปและมีขนาดมากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งของอนุทวีปขนาดใหญ่ของทวีปออสเตรเลีย
