El Citrus × latifolia el ze un àlbara da fruta, conjosùo in Brazil pa'l nome de limon-taiti,[1] o soło "limon", e el ze clasifegà come na lima.[1]
El fruto de sta spesia el ze pì grando e un po' manco àsido de ła spesia visina Citrus aurantiifolia, e'l gà manco semense, un saor manco forte e na pełe pì spesa. Ła polpa ła ze un po' verde e'l sugo el ze àsido.
El limon-taiti el ze doparà come condimento e in bevande, par ezenpio te ła tradisional caipirinha dal Brazil.[2]

El limon-taiti come i altri fruti citrus no el ze tanto sufìstego co se parla del terén, i se adapta ben a tipi che varia da asà arenozi a creozi. I ideałi i ze i terén łizièr e ben aerài, profondi e sensa inpedimenti.[3]
