Biografia
Socio fondador de la Liga Veneta (coopta', 1980), el xe sta conponente del Consejio Diretivo de l'Union Federalista Europea co sede a Zurigo (Confederasion Svisara) dal 1982 al 1986. El xe sta' Consilier Nasional dea Asociasion Libari Inprendidori Autonomisti (ALIA, 1993/1994) e dei Libari Inprendidori Federalisti Europei (LIFE, 1995/1996). El xe sta' eleto Consilier dea Provincia de Treviso (1985/1990) e Consilier Comunal de Mel (1995/1997). Ntel 1996 el xe sta' eleto a La Camara dei Deputati inte el Colejio uninominal de Feltre (Bl), nomina' Capogrupo inte la III Comision Afari Esteri e dapo' nomina' Conponente dea "Gran Comision Interparlamentar Italia-Federasion Rusa". Ntel 2004 xe migra' in Belzo, a Borsela, e xe sta consulente indipendente acredita' al Parlamento Eoropeo e a la Comision Eoropea. Senpre cofa' consulente indipendente el se ga trasferio inte el 2005 a Mosca onde l abita prevalentemente.
