La Normandia Alta (in fransexe Haute-Normandie), ła xe na rejon de ła Fransa setentrional. Ła xe sta creà inte el 1956 dal ragrupamento de du departementi: Senna maritima (Seine-Maritime) e Eure. El teritorio corisponde co ła parte oriental de ł'antica provincia de Normandia.
