Parenzo (in croato Poreč, in latin Parentium) ła xe na sità de ła costa ocidental de ła penisola istriana.
Fondada oltre domiła ani fa, ła se gà sviłupà intorno al porto, proteto da na isołeta, ciamada de "San Nicola" (Sveti Nikola). La popolatzion de ła sità se gira intorno a łe 7 600 persone, rexidenti in gran parte ne łe perifarie, al de fora dal çentro storico; conprendendo anca i soborghi viçini, ła popolatzion sałe a çirca 12 000 persone. La sità ocupa n'area de 142 km² e çirca 37 km de coste, dal fiume Quieto (Mirna) viçin a Citanova (Novigrad) fin a Fontane (Funtana) e Orsera (Vrsar), a sud.
