El Pato tripartio o Tratà tripartio (dizesto anca "Ase Roma-Berlin-Tokyo") el ze sta un acordo sotoscrivesto a Berlin inte el 27 de setenbre del 1940 dal goerno del Terso Reich todesco, dal Regno de Itàlia e da l'Inpero japoneze col fine de reconósar łe àree de influensa in Eoropa e Àzia. In Itàlia sto cuà el ze sta suito rebatezemà "Roberto", acrònemo de Roma-Berlin-Tokyo.
Oficiozamente, secondo el tratà, ste tre potense łe se lejitimava el derito de potensa "guida", cadauna inte na pròpia àrea: l'Eoropa par ła Zermània, el Mediteràneo par l'Itàlia e l'Estremo Oriente par el Japon.
