El Stado o Stato xe un entità poìdega xuridega che esersita el poder, fata da un teritorio e na popołasion che ghe vive, da un ordinamento xurìdego fato da istitusioni e łexi.

- sovranità: concentrasion de tuti i raporti polìteghi inte un'unica istansa indipendente e sovrana so un determinato teritorio;
- spersonalixasion del comando polìtego;
- costitusion e uxo de un aparato burocràtego sentralixà.
Secondo la dotrina marxista-leninista, lo Stato consiste inte un'istitusion che, rifletendo interesi econòmisi e polìteghi de na determinada clase sociale, serve a sta ultima par afermare el so dominio inte la socetà[2].
