La Valpantena l'è la vale che da Verona la sale verso i Monti Lesini passando da Poian, Quinto, e Grezzana. Dopo Gressana, la val la se strenze a formar el Vajo de l'Anguilar. Sto Vajo se pol farlo a piè fin su al' altopian. Su la rocia, se vede oncora i segni de le slite de legno e fero che i usava na olta par andar su e zo da la montagna.
El nome de Valpantena vien, forsi, dal Pantheon, tempio romano che se cata a Santa Maria de le Stele (così ciamà parchè el sofito del Pantheon l'è piturà come un ciel stelato). En te la vale se cata varie vile venete, Ceze co le opere d'arte. La Valpantena la fa parte del comprensorio enologico de la Valpolicela, e se produse Valpolicela, Amaron, Recioto, e altri vin de manco importanza. La cantina sociale de Quinto gà vinto varie medaie a la fiera mondiale del vin de Verona, Vinitaly.
